Pinnacle Hotel Whistler

The hotel was reasonably cleanwith a swimming pool. All the staff were genuinely helpful, patient. The location was ideal and efficient, relatively close to Whistler Golf Club. Finally, the venue's restaurant was terrific with breakfast.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

It has marvellous and incredible location to see a public library.

Everything was very good, attentive staff, splendid views of the mountains. We were in an unbeatable location really close to the hill, and Whistler. It was as expected, had a really good stay for the three nights.

I ate at a nice restaurant with breakfast.

Location, large room, many shower towels.

In the night at 03.00 o'clock there was a fire alarm which lasted 45 minutes and all hotel guests had to wait in front of the hotel without any info. It was a false alarm how frightened the chekout was when demand was detected. As a reduction there was 20CAD for the overpriced parking. For the 1 night for 145CAD with this incident, it was a flop.

A simple breakdown of my vacays

The convenient location made walking to shops and the gondola easy. The parking fee, while expected, could be considered a setback. The laundry service was slightly inconvenient due to a lack of change. Staff were accommodating when needed.

large room with kitchenette and bathtub next to the bed, a bit to get used to. Very clean and freshly renovated. Very good location to the pedestrian zone and the gondolas. Relatively quiet in the evening. Good Wifi.

Parking in the underground garage costs $21.- extra. Swiss prices.

We loved the double Jacuzzi. We had a nice view of the mountains and our room was quiet. The mini-kitchen was great, and well equipped.

Parking spaces were too tight.

We stayed at this hotel July 8-10th. Staff at the front desk were very good. We had a coupon from Booked.net for free parking, and that was accepted with no problem. We parked our car in the underground secure lot, and didn't take it out again until we checked out. Having the Jacuzzi Tub in the room was fantastic, and we also had a balcony to sit out on, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room itself was very comfortable, with a full kitchen. I thought it was good value for a hotel in Whistler, and although it isn't right in the main village, it's an easy walk to everything, and nice and quiet at night.

We were looking forward to using the Hot Tub and Pool, but the Hot Tub was out of order. Pool was open, but the weather was still a bit too cool to use it. They kept the cover on it (to keep the heat in) which may have been confusing to some guests, as we never saw anyone using the pool. The coffee maker in the room is a small one,and they only leave you one pkg. Of coffe with a filter. Although we had our room cleaned and fresh towels for the next day, we didn't get another pkg. Of coffee for the morning. Small thing, but it was a bit of an inconvenience, because we only noticed that in the morning.

Hotel in prime location, 9pvery clean and the staff are excellent. A good choice if you want to stay in whistler village.

Pool was closed for maintenence and the hot tub was also out of action.

Staff, room, view and location were all great!
